Troubleshooting & Attendance Services
CEMS Servicing: Our Service Engineers are OEM trained by Scrubber & CEMs Manufacturers having experience of overhauling numerous CEMS of various makes like Norske Analyse, SICK, Green instruments. Each CEMs has different working ranges and it is necessary to know the operating range for use of correct type of calibration gas. WWMS- Wash water monitoring system services of various makes like Green instruments, Chelsea Technologies, Sigrist, Trios etc Inspections & Passivation: Scrubber internal inspection & Passivation services for any corrosion related issues. Scrubber Overboard pipe inspection: Our inspection procedures are made in line with class requirements. Entire system sensors, pressure gauges, temp gauges need annual calibration which can be done either by physical presence or Remotely with our UGteck™ App.
Scrubber CEMS Calibration Gas- Our Brand ShipCalGas™ Different range of operation: Each CEMs manufacturer has different range of operation and hence calibration must be done at different operating range for the equipment to be calibrated properly. One of the OEM has range of SO2 calibration at 27.7 & 1800ppm. Hence calibrating at one range is not appropriate.
These calibration gasses are special gases mixtures and are not part of usual product inventory leaving owners to look at options to fly from one end of the world to another end at any
price. Having extensive experience of scrubber service, we can provide you suitable ranges of calibration gas.

Scrubber Manual Controls & Monitoring System
No more of PLC failure means scrubber breakdown: Our simple hardware which can be installed without any modification to the existing system. It’s datalogger logs all the data readings which vessel is required to maintain as per Flag requirements.
CEMS, WWMS data is recorded continuously whereas scrubber is put on manual operation with maximum pump speed.
Optionally UGSMC not only can record but will compare with historic readings for similar conditions. Simply print and sign for port-state inspections.
Scrubber Health Scanner
As a Tech Manager you do not have time to scan the daily report on Scrubber parameters and its health. Our unique hardware scans the entire scrubber and generate health report based on the analytics. If CEMS readings are zero and PLC panel has no alarm, this does not mean the scrubber is working OK, possibly there is communication problem between CEMS which our algorithm will advise you immediately.
Now no more gaps between scrubber actual health and what you see. You can get daily report on following
Date, duration of operation in Ocean, SECA mode, VGP, any alarm and deviations for critical items, Sensor health check
Refurbishing of Scrubber Electronic Components
We can repair any PCB of the scrubber in our state-of-the-art facility in India. So if you have expensive damaged PCBs from CEMS or other equipment, send to us for refurbishing on state of the art lab

Scrubber Training Modules
Let’s Be Your Training Partner
Cloud Based: We are in position to provide you cloud based interactive training modules for superintendents or ship operator. The modules are custom made to be replica of your scrubber with inbuilt logic & similar hardware as used on Scrubber.
They will get to have the real feel of the scrubber operation, problems and how to deal with it before they go onboard. Have of both machine interaction & online trainer interaction available.
These are mostly subscription based where crew can login and complete the training and his training records shall be recorded in the module with issuance of certificate.
Office Based: Actual simulator placed in India or other location from where the crew is originating get can the real time training of the system.
AR Based: We shall provide you AR Glasses to give training on actual scrubber onboard with interaction with our trainer over cloud
