AiMS is a PLC based Alarm monitoring system. Scrubber Manual Controls & Monitoring System
No more of PLC failure means scrubber breakdown: Our simple hardware which can be installed without any modification to the existing system. It’s datalogger logs all the data readings which vessel is required to maintain as per Flag requirements.
CEMS, WWMS data is recorded continuously whereas scrubber is put on manual operation with maximum pump speed.
Optionally UGSMC not only can record but will compare with historic readings for similar conditions. Simply print and sign for port-state inspections.
Scrubber Health Scanner
As a Tech Manager you do not have time to scan the daily report on Scrubber parameters and its health. Our unique hardware scans the entire scrubber and generate health report based on the analytics. If CEMS readings are zero and PLC panel has no alarm, this does not mean the scrubber is working OK, possibly there is communication problem between CEMS which our algorith will advise you immidiately.
Now no more gaps between scrubber actual health and what you see. You can get daily report on following
Date, duration of operation in Ocean, SECA mode, VGP, any alarm and deviations for critical items, Sensor health check.

We use German OEM wireless platform for whom we are channel partner, and offers wire replacement for simple I/O and serial communication with a software-free radio setup. It features simple I/O-to-I/O communication without the need for programming software.
